What is HP Boot Optimizer?
The HP Boot Optimizer was designed to intelligently determine what programs need to be run at startup and to launch them based on available resources. HP claims that this improves startup performance.
Overview
It is bundled and preinstalled with various Hewlett-Packard computers. Upon installation and setup, it defines an auto-start registry entry which makes this program run on each Windows boot for all user logins. The main program executable is HPBootOp.exe. The software installer includes 1 files and is usually about 1.57 MB (1,650,509 bytes).
