What is Alienware Digital Delivery?
Alienware Digital Delivery is pre-installed on various Alienware systems which delivers digital downloads uisng the Steam platform. The software comes ready to use and preloaded with Portal (or other games). It enables you to purchase select software titles at the same time you order your computer. When you receive your computer, the software is automatically downloaded and installed from the internet.

Overview
The most used version is 2.9.901.0, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. It adds a background controller service that is set to automatically run. Delaying the start of this service is possible through the service manager. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The main program executable is DeliveryService.exe. The software installer includes 17 files and is usually about 2.39 MB (2,511,138 bytes).

How do I remove Alienware Digital Delivery?
You can uninstall Alienware Digital Delivery from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
- On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel, and then, under Programs, do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8/10: Click Uninstall a Program.
- Windows XP: Click Add or Remove Programs.
- When you find the program Alienware Digital Delivery, click it, and then do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8/10: Click Uninstall.
