I removed this program on both computers 7 and 8 and reformatted and deleted all partitions and only have 2 partitions on both 7 and 8.A better alternative is to have the installation discs. I have 2 each for my 7 and 8. Dell should include the discs with the purchase of a computer but they do not. instead they cram a program on your hard drive to give you convenience and quick access to a factory restore. In 7 one can utilize the mirror image in windows backup and on 8 one can use the reset/refresh features. Again the DISCS are the best way. This way may take more time but not having that extra program installed on your computer in the mix of installed programs is less likely your computer will develop indigestion.
