What is NetZero Internet Access Installer?
The Internet Access Installer utility is distributed with the NetZero Internet Service Provider (ISP) service and provides modem and boradband users the ability to launch and connect to the service. This is optional software that is pre-installed with various Toshiba laptops as a trial and can be uninstalled if you are not using the service.

It is typically pre-installed with most new Toshiba computers. The most common release is 1.0.874, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. Many users end up uninstalling this after less than a month of it being installed.

Many OEM (original equipment manufacture) software that is included with a new PC is useful and in many cases required for the PC to function properly as in the case of various software drivers. However, some pre-installed software is optional and can be safely removed.

How do I remove NetZero Internet Access Installer?
You can uninstall NetZero Internet Access Installer from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
- On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel, and then, under Programs, do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8/10: Click Uninstall a Program.
- Windows XP: Click Add or Remove Programs.
- When you find the program NetZero Internet Access Installer, click it, and then do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8/10: Click Uninstall.
- Windows XP: Click the Remove or Change/Remove tab (to the right of the program).
- Follow the prompts. A progress bar shows you how long it will take to remove NetZero Internet Access Installer.
