Windows Remote Management (WinRM) is the Microsoft implementation of the WS-Management protocol. WS-Management is a standard Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP)-based protocol that allows hardware and operating systems from different vendors to interoperate. Windows PowerShell is a command-line shell and scripting language designed for system administration and automation.

How do I remove Windows Management Framework Core?

You can uninstall Windows Management Framework Core from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
