What is Microsoft Default Manager?
Microsoft Default Manager sets search defaults on your browser and notifies you when other programs attempt to change these settings. You can also opt in or out of a program which allows Microsoft to collect additional information about your system configuration.
Overview
The most common release is 2.2.114.0, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. During setup, the program creates a startup registration point in Windows in order to automatically start when any user boots the PC. The primary executable is named defmgr.exe.
