I have a Windows XP computer and for some reason, I recently began getting messages at start up regarding this product. It takes about 10 minutes to cancel out and finally does when it looks for a CD at the end. The worst part is that IT IS NOT IN THE ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS. Should I delete it (is it needed?) and if so, HOW? PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks.
