What is Citrix Presentation Server Client?
Citrix Presentation Server Client is a thin client product that allows users to connect to their corporate applications. It can host applications on central servers and allow users to interact with them remotely or stream and deliver them to user devices for local execution. In Citrix the core application hosting technology utilizes Citrix Systems' proprietary presentation layer protocol or thin client protocol called Independent Computing Architecture (ICA).
Overview
The most common release is 10.00.52110, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. During setup, the program creates a startup registration point in Windows in order to automatically start when any user boots the PC. It adds a Browser Helper Object (BHO) to Internet Explorer. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The primary executable is named cpviewer.exe. The setup package generally installs about 122 files and is usually about 14.43 MB (15,133,664 bytes).

How do I remove Citrix Presentation Server Client?
You can uninstall Citrix Presentation Server Client from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
- On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel, and then, under Programs, do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8/10: Click Uninstall a Program.
- Windows XP: Click Add or Remove Programs.
- When you find the program Citrix Presentation Server Client, click it, and then do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8/10: Click Uninstall.
- Windows XP: Click the Remove or Change/Remove tab (to the right of the program).
