What is Support Center?
Samsung Support Center is a troubleshooting utility pre-installed with various Samsung PC models. It contains a system diagnosis function, an Internet After-Sales function, and a system recovery function. With it, you can find answers for solving issues that may occur during the functioning of your system.
Overview
It is typically pre-installed with most new Samsung computers. The most common release is 2.1.1210, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. How do I remove Support Center?

Or, you can uninstall Support Center from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
- On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel, and then, under Programs, do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8: Click Uninstall a Program.
- Windows XP: Click Add or Remove Programs.
- When you find the program Support Center, click it, and then do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8: Click Uninstall.
- Windows XP: Click the Remove or Change/Remove tab (to the right of the program).
- Follow the prompts. A progress bar shows you how long it will take to remove Support Center.
