Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 SR-1
Overview
Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 SR-1 is a software program developed by Microsoft. During setup, the program registers itself to launch on boot through a Windows Schedule Task in order to automatically start-up. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with. The setup package generally installs about 208 files and is usually about 2.24 MB (2,351,104 bytes). Relative to the overall usage of users who have this installed on their PCs, most are running Windows 7 (SP1) and Windows XP. While about 45% of users of Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 SR-1 come from the United States, it is also popular in Germany and France.
