What is Microsoft IntelliType Pro?
With IntelliType Pro 8.1, setup automatically detects your keyboard model. If you have more than one keyboard attached to your computer, each keyboard model can have different settings. PS/2 devices are no longer supported in IntelliType Pro 8.1.
Overview
During setup, the program creates a startup registration point in Windows in order to automatically start when any user boots the PC. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The primary executable is named itype.exe. The setup package generally installs about 29 files and is usually about 29.51 MB (30,940,539 bytes).

How do I remove Microsoft IntelliType Pro?
You can uninstall Microsoft IntelliType Pro from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
