What is Unreal Development Kit?
While Unreal Engine has been quite open for modders to work with, the ability to publish and sell games made using UE3 was restricted to licensees of the engine. Epic released a free version of UE3's SDK, called the Unreal Development Kit (UDK), that is available to the general public.

Overview
A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with. The setup package generally installs about 98 files and is usually about 441.86 MB (463,322,955 bytes).
