What is FlvPlayer?
The FlvPlayer uses the InstallCore download manager to bundle additional potentially unwanted applications including web browser extensions such as toolbars. The software installer may also include a toolbar: "You understand the installation of the Software is concomitant with the installation of a toolbar in your browser. Such toolbar is an integral part of the Software, and you agree that Licensor may install and update any such toolbar in your browser. You understand that installation of the Software may be accompanied by a change in your browser home page, certain computer settings and the redirection of certain Internet search traffic. During the installation process, the software may collect certain non-personally identifiable information about you, such as country, language, version ID, setup ID, affiliate IDs, and installation date. Other than this information the software will not collect nor maintain any other personally or non-personally identifiable information about any User."
The software is bundled through 3rd-party download managers that utilize the InstallCore. Adware distributors include ADSLSoft, WorldSetup, CoolAppDownloads and Best Free Downloads.

How do I remove FlvPlayer?
You can uninstall FlvPlayer from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
- On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel, and then, under Programs, do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8/10: Click Uninstall a Program.
- Windows XP: Click Add or Remove Programs.
- When you find the program FlvPlayer, click it, and then do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8/10: Click Uninstall.
- Windows XP: Click the Remove or Change/Remove tab (to the right of the program).
- Follow the prompts. A progress bar shows you how long it will take to remove FlvPlayer.
- If for some reason uninstallation fails, please install Microsoft's uninstall fixer utility which will help fix problems with programs that can't be uninstalled at support.microsoft.com.
