Overview
Core Temp 1.0 RC3 is a software program developed by Alcpu. During setup, the program creates a startup registration point in Windows in order to automatically start when any user boots the PC. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with. The programs's main executable is core temp.exe and has been seen to consume an average CPU of less than one percent, and utilizes about 6.09 MB of memory. It also includes a system tray icon that is displayed in the notifications area while the program is running. The setup package generally installs about 7 files and is usually about 2.02 MB (2,121,590 bytes). Relative to the overall usage of users who have this installed on their PCs, most are running Windows 7 (SP1) and Windows 10. While about 50% of users of Core Temp RC3 come from the United States, it is also popular in Germany and United Kingdom.
Core Temp RC3 has been seen bundling various 3rd party software during the installation process. Make sure to check for and remove unused programs.

How do I remove Core Temp RC3?
