The Somoto Better Installer program is designed to install affiliated co-bundles of potentially unwanted applications. During installation of a pay per install bundle via Somoto's affiliate program, the Better Installer adds the process biclient.exe that is activated during uninstall to notify the server, bi.bisrv.com, that the software has been removed from the user's PC.

It also sets up a connection to the Internet over UDP on port 54758.

Installs a bunch of adware. I think I got this by clicking on an ad online for a free VLC Media Player program. And it directed me to use the Better Installer which showed a bunch of screens to add toolbars and such.
