You shouldn't remove it, because chances are you installed it yourself. Premiere Pro does not come preinstalled on any computer unless it was specifically picked during customization, and it is not a form of bloatware. It is an awesome video editing software, and people pay a lot of money for it (which has now changed due to Creative Cloud, providing a subscription service instead) The only reason to remove it is if you have no need for video editing software and would like to free up some hard drive space.
