The Extension Manager is automatically installed when you install your Adobe application. he Extension Manager only displays extensions that were installed with the Extension Manager application or with Extension Manager commands from the command line. Extensions that are installed using a third-party installer or local changes made to your configuration files do not appear in the Extension Manager.

How do I remove Adobe Extension Manager CS3?
You can uninstall Adobe Extension Manager CS3 from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
