AT&T Self Support Tool
What is AT&T Self Support Tool?
The AT&T Self Support Tool is provided to AT&T users to help troubleshoot and configure the service as well as attached devices. It is designed to run various diagnostics on the PC and teh Internet service in order to correct any connection issues.
Overview
It adds registry entry for the current user which will allow the program to automatically start each time it is rebooted. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The primary executable is named att.exe. The setup package generally installs about 14 files and is usually about 4.29 MB (4,499,596 bytes).
