ARMA 2
What is ARMA 2?
ARMA 2 is a military simulation video game and is a tactical shooter focused primarily on infantry combat, however it also features significant vehicular and aerial combat elements. The player is able to command AI squad members which adds a real-time strategy element to the game. This is further enhanced by introduction of the high command system, which allows the player to command multiple squads using the map. ARMA 2 is set primarily in the fictional Eastern European nation of Chernarus. Arma 2 uses the third-generation Real Virtuality game engine used in training simulators by militaries around the world. This engine has full DirectX support.
Overview
Upon installation and setup, it defines an auto-start registry entry which makes this program run on each Windows boot for all user logins. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with. The main program executable is arma2.exe. The software installer includes 88 files and is usually about 618.25 MB (648,278,382 bytes).

How do I remove ARMA 2?
You can uninstall ARMA 2 from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
