This is a bundler application that is distributed through a 3rd party download portal. The bundler will install a number of adware type applications including toolbars and PC utilities based on a number of parameters including the user's geo location and what programs are already installed on their computer.

The program will install uninstall instructions such as:

In the registry a key exists named 'AppsToRemoveList' which includes all the programs that the installer included.

Some version bundle the following products:
- Speed Cleaner
- Optimum PC Boost
- Search Protect

The most common release is 2.0.1.0, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. A majority of users end up uninstalling this less than a week of it being installed.
