What is WiFi Protector - Complete uninstall?
Installs a web browser advertising extension by default. "By installing Wifi Protector browser extension you agree to its operation that checks website you browse to offer phishing protection. No browsing data is transferred out of the local machine by the browsing extension. Browser extension may also serve advertising during your browser sessions." The software also downloads and installs Microsoft Sivlerlight and OpenVPN if it is not already installed on the user's computer.

Overview
The most common release is 3.0.15.126, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. It adds registry entry for the current user which will allow the program to automatically start each time it is rebooted. Upon being installed, the software adds a Windows Service which is designed to run continuously in the background. Manually stopping the service has been seen to cause the program to stop functing properly. It adds a background controller service that is set to automatically run. Delaying the start of this service is possible through the service manager. The primary executable is named wifiProtService.exe. The setup package generally installs about 11 files and is usually about 10.8 MB (11,326,225 bytes).
