I was a WebShots user for many years - until they switched to Smile. They did this abruptly and I did not like the user interface. I was UNABLE to access my pictures to delete or to download them back to my system! As I had JUST paid for another year's subscription, I asked for a refund. They kept putting me off and putting me off until finally after 5 months, I let my CC company go after them.
