USB Safely Remove 5.2 is a software program developed by SafelyRemove.com. During setup, the program creates a startup registration point in Windows in order to automatically start when any user boots the PC. "USB Safely Remove" is an excellent tool in all regards. don't be fooled by the overall sentiment, it's just a mathematical formula. As good as it is, I found that it tends to be quite unfair to applications that do not get used by a lot of people. Think of an app that is awesome but not many people use (say a comic book reader) and run it through the test, you'll see what I mean.
