UFile Updater 2012
What is UFile Updater 2012?
UFile Updater is the software update program that runs with Windows in the background and checks for updates, and automatically downloads and installs them if found based on the user's settings. The program can be configured by the user for maintaining a schedule for when to check the remote server for periodic software updates. If it finds an item to download, it will download and install the new update.

Overview
A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The main program executable is ubxupdater.exe. The software installer includes 22 files and is usually about 63.23 MB (66,306,291 bytes). ubxupdater.exe is the automatic update component of the software designed to download and apply new updates should new versions be released.
