This is an ad-supported web browser toolbar that will modify the user's home and search pages as well as inject ads in the browser. It uses the Besttoolbar's cross browser development platform.


It adds a Browser Helper Object (BHO) to Internet Explorer. The primary executable is named BackgroundHost.exe. A majority of users end up uninstalling this less than a week of it being installed. The setup package generally installs about 16 files and is usually about 2.99 MB (3,139,838 bytes). The installed file updater.js is the auto-update component of the program which is designed to check for software updates and notify and apply them when new versions are discovered.
