I Finally Removed SavvyConnectover a year ago
I had this same issue, despite not having ANY browsers open it told me to close all Chrome windows. What I did is go into the Install file and let it do it's thing until it brought up the Close All Chrome windows again. I let it close all windows and it actually did close them, (you know the ones that weren't open). Anyway, I went back to the Add/Remove programs and the uninstall actually worked this time. Hopefully, this will help some of you that no longer wish to be in SavvyConnect. I like the survey site, but that was BS!

Complete waste of time (Thanx SavvyConnect!)over a year ago
I get the same for closing Google Chrome windows. Strangely, I only have FireFox open. I don't get it! And it's really starting to tick me off. Besides that I see NO difference between SurveySavvy and SavvyConnect at all.
