Remove SRS Control Panel by SRS Labs

Samsung is pre-installed in various Samsung PC laptop models. The SRS Control Panel is a program designed for adjusting the PC's audio settings of the installed SRS premium sound card.

The most used version is 1.11.0200, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version.
