What is PerfectDisk Free Defrag?
PerfectDisk Free Defrag is a fully functional free defrag that optimizes desktops and laptops with Quick Defrag and defaults to the SMARTPlacement intelligent optimization strategy. Boot Time Defrag is available as is SSD Optimize.
Overview
Upon being installed, the software adds a Windows Service which is designed to run continuously in the background. Manually stopping the service has been seen to cause the program to stop functing properly. It adds a background controller service that is set to automatically run. Delaying the start of this service is possible through the service manager. The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with. The setup package generally installs about 23 files and is usually about 40.57 MB (42,544,183 bytes). The program is built using the Nokia Qt cross-platforms native C++ framework.

You can uninstall PerfectDisk Free Defrag from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
