Online Games Manager v1.21
from Real Networks, Inc.
What is Online Games Manager?
Real's Online Game Manager program runs as a Windows Service (ogmservice) and as they describe it is designed to "Enhance user experience on the web for playing local games". However, it is a utility from ActiveMARK that allows game developers that distribute their games through Real Networks to lock the software with digital rights management (DRM) encryption. Upon launching any game the uses this DRM technology, the Online Game Manager service will validate that a license is properly activated for the game. Disabling or removing this application might prevent some Real Network games to not run properly.
