Remove Living Waterfalls 3 by InstallX

Living Waterfalls bundles potentially unwanted programs. From the publisher's web site: "Click the 'Download' button to begin downloading the software using InstallIQ™. You are not required to install any additional software to receive your selected software. When the download box appears, click 'Run' or 'Open' to start downloading InstallIQ™. Once the download of InstallIQ™ has been completed, the installation process will begin. To continue the installation of your selected software, press the 'Accept' button. You may choose to 'Accept' or 'Decline' any additional software. Once you have Accepted or Declined the offers, InstallIQ™ will complete the installation of your selected software and any additional software your chose."
