Excellent free image viewer/editor. I use it nearly every day to crop and resize pictures. I can't imagine living without this program.

This is a free program, that will show any image that comes across your computer except the seriously proprietary. The built in photo editor is great for minor photo alterations and resizing. It is not a full function photo editor, after all it is free. Worth the download for people who want to do minor touchups.
