InFlac 1.1.1
from Michael Facquet
What is InFlac? (from Michael Facquet)
This plug-in allows to play native FLAC files with Winamp. It stands for Free Lossless Audio Codec. It is similar to MP3, but lossless, meaning that audio is compressed in FLAC without any loss in quality: you get a perfect copy of your CD tracks, but with files significantly smaller than WAVs.
Overview
InFlac 1.1.1 is a software program developed by Michael Facquet. During setup, the program creates a startup registration point in Windows in order to automatically start when any user boots the PC. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with. The setup package generally installs about 47 files and is usually about 2.97 MB (3,114,278 bytes). Relative to the overall usage of users who have this installed on their PCs, most are running Windows 7 (SP1) and Windows Vista (SP2). While about 53% of users of InFlac come from the United States, it is also popular in United Kingdom and Canada.
