What is Define Ext?

This NetBus adware is a web browser extension and Browser helper Object (for Internet Explorer) that delivers contextual based advertising to the web browser in the form of text-links, banners and coupons. In addition it will modify the user's browser home and search pages as well as 'New Tab' pages to push advertising and search. The software acts as an adware type application and is typically defined as a unwanted application by various malware vendors. Bundled with Premium Installer's Optimum Installer.

ONCE YOU ARE ON A SITE, THE TOOLBAR WILL NOTIFY YOU AS TO WHETHER DEFINE EXTENSION HAS COUPONS FOR THAT MERCHANT OR NOT. THE TOOLBAR WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU IF WE HAVE DISCOUNTED GIFT CARDS FOR THAT MERCHANT. NO TRACING COOKIES ARE SET AT THE TIME THAT YOU CLICK ON THE DEFINE EXTENSION ADD-ON. COOKIES ARE ONLY SET AFTER YOU ACTUALLY VISIT THE DEFINE EXTENSION PRIMARY SITE AT WWW.DEFINEEXT.COM OR ANY OF ITS PAGES AND CLICK ON AN ONLINE COUPON."
