I got a message on the Miscosoft Support website that Fix It isn't supported by my system at this time (Windows 8.1). I have emailed and called Compete, and they are only "working on it", meaning they will never get me a workable answer. I have tried everything I have seen online and nothing works. When I try to unistall it from Control Panel, I just get a new window that never goes away until I restart. Please help!
