How do I remove SurDoc?

SurDoc is an Online Cloud Storage programme for backing up your STUFF. I've never had a problem with it. There are many different cloud storage apps. SurDoc is just one of them. Emisoft Anti Malware seems to have some problem with it, although I have yet to figure out why.
