QST - April 2012 is a program developed by Nxtbook Media. The most used version is 1.0.12, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. The main program executable is arrl_qst_201204.exe. A majority of the PCs this is running on, most OS versions are Windows 7 (SP1).
