Remove QRZLookup by Rick Ellison

QRZLookup.exe is an application that is used for doing QRZ.com look-ups in Logger32. This is a combination of the QRZHTTPLookup.exe and the QTZXMLLookup.exe applications. The look up routines have been reworked and are much faster especially for the HTTP look up.
