I have had this installed on my xp machine which died recently. Tried to reinstall on windows 7 pro new machine, kept getting trial version, wrote to PFC Thurlow sent an email suggesting I ring for a walk through to reinstall, however I explained I was in Australia. After many emails I still have no satisfaction at all and looks like I have done my money. An e-mail giving me the walkthrough would have been part of customer service I woul have thought.Anyone else had this problem???
