If you read the small print when you download it then it tells you it is going to "optimize" your browser settings as soon as you use it. No thanks.

Where did this come from and where do I look to remove it. so annoying

I removed it from a co-workers computer by deleting its whole folder, which was not in "Programs" so it could not be removed through the Control Panel. The folder was seated in the "Users" folder under Programs.
