Fortis Workstation is a program that is used to manage documents, do scanning, faxing, grab pdf files from databases you set up etc. It is a very strict program on permissions where literally every single entry point on documents or records you create or scan, can be given a permission level, by user, group, etc. And each user can be given specific rules of what they can and cant do at each entry pointIf you don't Uninstall it and instead you delete it or do some kind of restore/backup that tries to install or uninstall it, this can really block the installation of this program and cause it to not work until you manually uninstall 100 registry entries and then reinstall it again.
