How do I remove Updater Service?

You can uninstall Updater Service from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.

I thought I had uninstalled this long ago. I have already tried uninstalling from the Should I Remove It? program twice. It's still there. I'm not sure if I'm just picking up some trace files, or if it is adamantly trying to stick to my computer. I'm getting a little worried.
