When installed, it will add a context menu handler to the Windows shell in order to provide quick access to the program. The primary executable is named AppR.exe. The setup package generally installs about 55 files and is usually about 71.71 MB (75,195,893 bytes). Relative to the overall usage of users who have this installed on their PCs, most are running Windows 7 (SP1) and Windows Vista (SP2). Step 2 does not work on my windows 8.1. After I press uninstall nothing happens and there are no prompts. Any suggestions what could be wrong?
