Overview

PIMphony is a program developed by Alcatel. The most used version is 6.5.2545, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with. The software installer includes 56 files and is usually about 51.9 MB (54,425,175 bytes). In comparison to the total number of users, most PCs are running the OS Windows 7 (SP1) as well as Windows 10. While about 26% of users of PIMphony come from Germany, it is also popular in the United States and France.
