If you are using Chrome, Arcade Frontier could be an extension so go to your settings then to extensions and it should be one of the first ones on the list.

I just installed this and once I realized all it did was bring me to a website, I tried uninstalling it. Following the website's instructions to uninstall through the control panel and select "arcadeweb" is a dead end because there is no such program listed, nor is there anything called "arcade frontier." Trying their uninstaller (as if downloading another program from the same company as the program you didn't want is a good idea) was also a dead end, as it was detected by my antivirus as malicious and automatically removed.
