PC Performer is malicious software which will propose you to improve the performance of your computer. It alerts you of errors, slow computer, crashes ... to lure you and make you buy the software. It will also change your homepage and display ads popups. Its also installs additional 'Manager' apps that will bundle additional software, mostly adware. I have seen this software being bundled and installed with other legitimate software through pay per install bundled offering.
