What is Adobe Photoshop Elements?
Adobe Photoshop Elements 2 is a raster image editing product. Targeted at hobbyists and consumers, it is sold at a fraction of the cost of its professional sibling, Adobe Photoshop. It contains most of the features of the professional version but with fewer and simpler options. The program allows users to create, edit, organize and share images, all from the same product.
Overview
A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with. The main program executable is photoshopelements.exe. The software installer includes 30 files and is usually about 41.97 MB (44,003,932 bytes).
