VAIO Launcher is a utility that integrates with the Function Keys (FN) for select SONY VAIO models and will launch/popup each time the user presses the AV Mode button.

Overview
It is typically pre-installed with most new Sony computers. The most common release is 2.1.00.06130, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. During setup, the program creates a startup registration point in Windows in order to automatically start when any user boots the PC. The primary executable is named LaunchStartApp.exe. How do I remove VAIO Launcher?
You can uninstall VAIO Launcher from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
