Tappin is now the remote access for Seagate Business NAS devices, their latest business class network attached storage units. They are a pricey range of computer storage and each comes with a license of Tappin, not a trial version. So that makes at least three Seagate product lines they are on, the Seagate Central, the Seagate Black Armor NAS and the Seagate Business NAS product lines.

TappIn software is popular with Seagate and it comes with 5 licenses on their 2TB and 3TB models network attached business storage devices, and 10 licenses of it on their 4TB model. TappIn's Facebook says Seagate is also using Tappin agent as the remote access software for their Seagate Central storage device. News articles also say Toshiba and QNAP have become partners with Tappin and the antivirus firm ESET along with them. So the software is accepted and partnered with by these industry giants. It comes with a Standard license and a Pro version license for business uses such as Salesforce Integration. It comes with free cloud storage also so if your storage unit or home/office computer won't be on at the time you need to remotely access their files, you can store it on the Tappin cloud for free. Tappin is considered to be a leading-edge, avant-garde software and has strong partners. Tappin itself is a division of Globalscape, the maker of CuteFTP.
