What is SA21xx Device Manager?
SA21xx Device Manager provides the software and drivers required to connect the media player to the PC. It is included with the CD-ROM that is packaged with the device. Your player appears as a USB mass storage in Windows Explorer. You can organize files and transfer music to your player during USB connection. A software program called Philips Device Manager enables you to update the firmware on the device if a new firmware is available on your PC. The player is controlled by an internal program called the firmware. Newer versions of the firmware may have been released after the user has purchased the player.

How do I remove SA21xx Device Manager?
You can uninstall SA21xx Device Manager from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
- On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel, and then, under Programs, do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8/10: Click Uninstall a Program.
- Windows XP: Click Add or Remove Programs.
- When you find the program SA21xx Device Manager, click it, and then do one of the following:
- Windows Vista/7/8/10: Click Uninstall.
- Windows XP: Click the Remove or Change/Remove tab (to the right of the program).
- Follow the prompts. A progress bar shows you how long it will take to remove SA21xx Device Manager.
