Remove Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Extended

The .NET Framework is a software framework that includes a large library and provides language interoperability across several programming languages. Programs written for the .NET Framework execute in a software environment, known as the Common Language Runtime, an application virtual machine that provides services such as security, memory management, and exception handling. The class library and the CLR together constitute the .NET Framework. .NET Framework 4 focuses for this release include parallel Extensions to improve support for parallel computing, which target multi-core or distributed systems. New Visual Basic .NET and C# language features, such as implicit line continuations, dynamic dispatch, named parameters, and optional parameters.
